In the year 1983, his hard work finally paid off when he was made the President of IADVL. He has been a former director and professor in Dermatology. Young aspirants find his teachings invaluable. He also possesses the coveted fellowship from National Academy of Medical Sciences (NAMS). Dr V.N. Sehgal has co-authored many books on STD's, Anthropology, Human Blood Analysis, etc. He likes challenges and attends patients with serious issues relating to pimples, rashes, scars, itching, dandruff, white spots and many more. With over half a century of expertise, Dr Sehgal is often invited as a guest speaker at various conferences. He is consulted by other dermatologists in extreme issues. Currently, he is running privately owned clinic in Azadpur, North Delhi.
