Dr. Atul Taneja was part of the team of original pioneers, world leaders and innovators in the fields of Laser Medicine, Photo-Medicine, General Dermatology and Skin Oncology at the topmost medical institutes in India and the USA. The initial ideas and research for most modern medical lasers, phototherapy machines and many skin conditions and techniques in general dermatology are based on extensive work done by Dr. Taneja’s colleagues at the famous Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School. These subjects, machines and techniques are very commonly used not only be dermatologists but by other medical specialists all over the world. Dr. Atul Taneja has himself made significant contributions at these institutes with research and new techniques on lasers and phototherapy machines for the treatment of vitiligo, lichen planus, psoriasis, skin cancers etc. His works are published and quoted in many peer-reviewed scientific international journals and authoritative textbooks. Dr. Atul Taneja has treated thousands of patients on both sides of the globe as a Licensed Treating Dermatologist and has been awarded clinical super-specialization degrees from the New England Medical Center, Boston University and the Harvard Medical School. He is a member of American Academy Of Dermatology (AAD), International Society Of Dermatology and Indian Association Of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists (IADVL) Cancer etc.
