After completing M.B.B.S. from govt college Rohtak and being a regular runner for more than 8 years, I found myself more inclined towards sports-related injuries and their treatment. Initially, I worked as resident orthopedics in Delhi govt. I started with chronic pain management, then pursued fellowship from Apollo Hyderabad in Sports injuries rehabilitation. Later I completed football injuries diploma from Fifa International Switzerland. During my career, I have learned that most of our day to day pain can be treated by adopting correct posture and some basic active lifestyle. Nearly all sports injuries can be treated with active rehabilitation measures. Our motive is to return the athlete to his original game in the least time possible.
