Mr. Mahesh is a Nadi Vaidya and Yoga professional living in Bangalore and active for over sixteen years helping individuals and organizations focus on their health through thoughtful integration of Nadi Pariksha, Yoga, Healthy food, herbal, Psychological and spiritual remedies. Mr. Mahesh's understanding of traditional practices and their role in promoting sound health based on principles of Ayurveda is well known. His work grew from 3 profound life experiences. In 2006 He realised his life purpose as "Serve the poor. Poor are not those who don't have money. Poor are those who experience lack of God's love." In 2007, he had an experience of the eternal truth. As he describes it; "I had a direct experience of the truth that, the particles that makes this body are the same particles that make everything else in this Universe. There is only the One. There is no duality." And, in 2008, he had an experience of leaving his body after a prolonged illness of 58 days. Mahesh’s expertise comes from his ability to diagnose an individual’s state of physiological health at the level of the organs, tissues and energies, psychological health as active expressions of the mind and the level of the sub-conscious through the sophisticated diagnostic technique of Nadi Pariksha (Ayurvedic Pulse diagnosis). He has equal expertise at designing a Yoga practice and to suggest a diet that is suitable for the person’s body type and health condition. Mahesh’s research is based on bridging the gap between the shastra and practice. This is done through study of manuscripts and understanding the basis and context of the practices and adapting them for teaching as well as therapeutic purposes.
