Dr. Girish v. Badarkhe is a hematologist, general pathologist and bone marrow transplant surgeon has an experience of 9 years in these fields. He completed DM - clinical haematology from medical college, calcutta in 2014, MD - pathology from lokmanya tilak municipal medical college in 2008 and mbbs from grant medical college, jj group of hospitals mumbai in 2003. He has done research work specific to haematology on his MD degree and also holds a thesis work on thrombocytopenia and role of platelet transfusion. Dr girish expertise on treating aplastic anaemia, sickle cell disease, thalassemia, acute leukemia , multiple myeloma, hodgkin’s and non-hodgkin’s lymphoma, multiple sclerosis; myelodysplastic and myeloproliferative syndromes and other bone marrow failures cases. He has had an excellent academic career being a university topper on his D.M. Degree in managing haematological disorders, with distinction of giving scientific presentations at national and international conferences and has various publications to his credit.
