Dr Anita pursued her MBBS and MS from a reputed medical institute in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. She completed her MCh from a prestigious medical institute in Chennai specialising in pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours and testicular tumours. Dr Anita has presented papers on numerous cancer conditions and treatments like inflammatory myofibroblastic tumours of the urachus, internal hernias, high orchidectomy in testicular tumours, and much more. Dr Anita has also won an ASI medal in 2010. She has attended various conferences and presented several papers on national and international levels. She is currently empanelled as a Surgical Oncologist at the HCG Hospital in Chennai.
