He also visits Brar Eye Hospital, Kotkapura, Thind Eye Hospital, Jalandhar, Kapil Eye Hospital, Ambala and Chug Eye Hospital, Ludhiana. He is a graduate of Medical College Amritsar, Punjab. He did his fellowship in Oculoplastics, Orbit, and Ocular Oncology from LV Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad in 2004 after finishing his DNB (Diplomate of National Board) from Venu Eye Institute, New Delhi. He then went for short term observerships at University of Rochester (New York) and South Florida, in USA. Thereafter he established the Oculoplastic Services at MGM Eye Institute, in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. He has served for two terms as the Joint Secretary of OPAI (Oculoplastic Association of India). He has been making presentations at various national and international forums. He has publications in national and international peer reviewed journals. His field of interest is mainly ophthalmic cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries and Ocular Oncology.
