Dr. Nishith Shah, 1st exclusive arthroscopy ( keyhole joint surgery) surgeon of Gujarat & one of the pioneers in India is doing exclusive arthroscopy practice since 1989. He successfully established Aash Arthroscopy & Sports Medicine Center, one of the India’s landmark super-specialty health destinations renowned for Arthroscopic Surgeries of various joints as well as scientific management of sports related injuries. This center is not only known for Knee Ligament surgeries but also for shoulder injury management & joint replacement. Dr. Nishith Shah was 1st Indian arthroscopist to receive Travelling fellowship of Arthroscopy association of North America (AANA) in 1998. He has a particular interest in Posterior cruciate ligament surgery (PCL) as well as in management of knee injuries in children. He has been a faculty member in many national & international meetings and has demonstrated live surgeries. He is attached to a post graduate teaching institute as an arthroscopist.
