Dr.Hadgaonkar has a vast experience of practising orthopaedics and spine in three continents of the globe. He has presented papers related spinal clinical work nationally as well as internationally.He is been invited as an faculty at various national and international conferences so far.He is the spine section editor of ‘Journal of orthopaedic case reports’. He is a proud recipient ‘’Global Outreach Scholar’’ 0f the most prestigious Scoliosis Research Society,Milwaukee,USA .He is an active member of many organisations related to orthopaedics and spine surgery and has done various health related camps for the rurals and urban poor.
