Established the Intensive Care Unit of the LLR Hospital, of the GSVM Medical College, Kanpur as Officer-In- Charge in 1995, which is successfully running till date and catering to about 500 patients each month. I also train students to do Echo Doppler study independently. Medical Council of India: On the board of Inspectors and Examiners. Participated and presented papers in the National Annual Conference of Cardiology Society of India continually for the past 15 years. Guest Speaker for past 8 years in prime time CME at National Cardicon, of CSI. I have more than 300 publications in national and state journals (including abstracts). I am a voracious reader and writer and love to write articles especially for public awareness. I have excelled in academics and also won various state and national awards for orations, debates, extempores, seminars, symposia etc. I have discovered and documented new regimes for management of Rheumatic Heart Disease and Coronary Artery Disease which has been given wide acceptance at national level.
