I envisioned promoting child health through parent education. This website is a step in an effort to improve interaction with the parents. The purpose of the website is to provide information relevant to parents in the simplest and lucid manner. Children bring joy and color to our world, but they can also be demanding and difficult to understand. This is a site by a pediatrician, for parents. It has information about children, their care, health promotion, and other childhood issues. It is meant to fulfil information needs about children, but it is not meant as a guide to the dangerous practice of self-treatment. The author of this site, I am a qualified pediatrician, which means I care for all healthy children and babies, including newborns. I also care for almost all children who fall (except those requiring urgent surgical intervention). I started my career as pediatrician in 2003. This year, Anuj, the pediatrician, I turn 10! My clinic provides diagnostic and curative services for sick children, as well as health care, immunisation and advice to healthy children. I look after children from birth to the age of eighteen years.
