Dr Sowmya is well versed in various modalities of psychotherapy. Dr Sowmya has worked at the Regional Affective Disorder Unit in Manchester, United Kingdom, with eminent professionals like Professor Anderson. She has drafted the guidelines for management of personality disorders in Liverpool, United Kingdom. She has obtained the clinical certificate from British Association of Psychopharmacology.
