Dr. Nagamalesh is a senior interventional cardiologist, credited with doing complex interventional procedures like chronic total occlusion, bifurcation angioplasty, calcified complex lesions, osteal lesions, left main angioplasty and multi vessel angioplasty. He has been doing these procedures through the wrist blood vessel instead of the femoral vessel which is generally called Trans Radial Angiography or Trans Radial Angioplasty.He has extensive experience in handling acute myocardial infarction (heart attack) and he has done a large number of procedures like primary angioplasty and other procedures to stabilize sick heart attack patients. He has experience treating valvular disease and performing minimally invasive (percutaneous) procedure like ASD and PDA device closure. He has been maintaining the highest standards in critical care management of patients admitted with acute sickness and also during postoperative period.
