Dr. Kamal has completed a long-term clinical fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic Surgery from esteemed LV Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad, India. Earlier he completed MBBS, post-graduation (MS Ophthalmology) and worked as Senior Resident in Guru Nanak Eye Centre, Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi. His specialty work includes eyelid surgery, aesthetics, eye cancers, disorders of lacrimal system and orbit. His areas of keen interest are pediatric lacrimal disorders, endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy, eyelid cosmetic surgeries, minimal invasive approach to orbit, eyelid/socket reconstruction, removal of eyelid cancers and reconstruction, repair of orbital fractures and nonsurgical treatment including Botox and Fillers for age-related changes. Dr. Kamal has authored publications in various Peer-reviewed journals (48), State Ophthalmology journals (15), International book chapters (3), Awards (6) and Presented at various forums (40).
