Doctor J. Pablo Neruda is a board certified Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon who practices in Chennai at the Billroth Hospitals. His primary areas of interest are in Cosmetic Surgery and Medical Cosmetology and Facial reconstructive Surgery. He has been practicing in Chennai from 2007 after finishing his M.Ch in Plastic Surgery from Madras Medical College, the Prestigious Institution in South India.
