How Cezarest D Tablet works
Cezarest D Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Paracetamol, Pseudoephedrine and Levocetirizine which relieve common cold symptoms such as sneezing, stuffy nose, body ache and fever. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Levocetirizine is an antiallergic which blocks histamine (a chemical messenger) to relieve allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.

How AT SP Tablet works
AT SP Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Paracetamol and Serratiopeptidase. Diclofenac and Paracetamol work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling). Serratiopeptidase works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, and promotes healing.
