Broncocet AM Syrup may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
No information is available on the use of Broncocet AM Syrup during lactation. Please consult your doctor.
It is not known whether Broncocet AM Syrup alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
CAUTION
Broncocet AM Syrup should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Broncocet AM Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. May cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end stage kidney disease.
Broncocet AM Syrup is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Broncocet AM Syrup may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

Broncocet AM Syrup is used in the treatment of cough.
How to use Broncocet AM Syrup
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Broncocet AM Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How Broncocet AM Syrup works
Broncocet AM Syrup is a combination of two medicines: Cetirizine and ambroxol that relieve cold symptoms. Cetirizine is an antiallergic that treats runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out.
Common Stomach upset, Dryness in mouth, Fatigue, Dizziness, Sedation, Allergic reaction.
