Ambrican 5mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Ambrican 5mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Limited information is available on use of Ambrican 5mg Tablet in these patients. No dose adjustment is recommended in patients with mild to moderate kidney disease.

Uses of Ambrican Tablet
Ambrican 5mg Tablet is used in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).

How to use Ambrican Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Ambrican 5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Ambrican Tablet works
Ambrican 5mg Tablet is an endothelin receptor antagonist. It works by suppressing the action of endothelin, a natural substance that tightens the blood vessels and prevents normal blood flow in patients who have pulmonary hypertension.

Common Headache, Dizziness, Palpitations, Shortness of breath, Running nose, Feeling sick, Diarrhoea, Fatigue.
