Uses of Asmapax Depot Tablet
Asmapax Depot Tablet is used in the treatment and prevention of asthma.

How to use Asmapax Depot Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Asmapax Depot Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Take this medicine 1 hour before or 2 hours after food. You can take it with food if stomach upset occurs.

How Asmapax Depot Tablet works
Asmapax Depot Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Ephedrine and theophylline. Ephedrine is a sympathomimetic agonist which works on the blood vessels and increases the blood flow to heart and lungs. Theophylline is a bronchodilator. It works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widens airways. Together, they make breathing easier.

Side Effects:

Common Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach discomfort, Anxiety, Restlessness, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Headache, Increased heart rate.
