Adicoff P Syrup is used in the treatment of common cold symptoms.

How to use Adicoff P Syrup
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Adicoff P Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Take it with food if stomach upset occurs.

How Adicoff P Syrup works
Adicoff P Syrup is a combination of two medicines: Chlorpheniramine and bromhexine which relieve cold symptoms. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic that treats runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Bromhexine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out.

Side Effects:

Common Nausea, Diarrhoea, Indigestion, Bloating, Sleepiness, Dizziness, Headache, Sweating, Skin rash.
