How to use Actifed Plus Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Actifed Plus Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Take it with food if stomach upset occurs.

How Actifed Plus Tablet works
Actifed Plus Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Paracetamol, pseudoephedrine and triprolidine which relieve cold symptoms. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. Pseudoephedrine is a nasal decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Triprolidine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.

Side Effects:

Common Nausea, Allergic reaction, Sleepiness, Nervousness, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Restlessness, Dizziness, Headache.
