Drotel DS Tablet is an antispasmodic medicine with smooth muscle relaxant property. It increases the levels of chemical messengers that relieve the pain due to smooth muscle spasm or tightness.
How Coldthrow AM Syrup works
Coldthrow AM Syrup is a combination of two medicines: Levocetirizine and ambroxol that relieve cold symptoms. Levocetirizine is an antiallergic that treats runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out.
