A Ret HC Solution is unsafe to use during lactation. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby, or the mother is suffering from a condition in which breastfeeding is not advisable.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Your ability to drive might be impaired while you are taking A Ret HC Solution, especially if you are feeling dizzy or have a severe headache.

How A Ret HC Solution works
Hydroquinone bleaches the skin by reducing the accumulation of skin pigment called melanin that causes darkening of skin. It interferes with the synthesis of melanin and hampers important processes within cells that produce melanin (melanocytes). The bleaching effect of hydroquinone is reversible (reversible depigmentation)..

Please use hydroquinone products carefully. Its skin bleaching action may produce unwanted cosmetic effects if not used as directed.Use of sunscreen is a must while using hydroquinone. Avoid unnecessary sun exposures and cover the treated areas with clothing. Even minimal exposure to sunlight can reverse the bleaching effect of hydroquinone.Discontinue use and contact your doctor immediately if you develop allergic skin reaction or notice blue-black darkening of skin upon use of hydroquinone. Hydroquinone creams are meant for external use on the skin only. Immediately wash-off with water, if the cream gets into your eyes, nose, mouth, or on your lips.Do not use hydroquinone creams on broken, irritated or injured skin.Do not use hydroquinone creams with other creams that contain peroxides (hydrogen peroxide/benzoyl peroxide). This may produce a dark stain on your skin which can be removed by stopping the use of peroxides and washing with soap and water.Do not use hydroquinone creams with other creams that contain resorcinol, phenol, or salicylic acid unless advised by your doctor.Please check, if the hydroquinone cream contains sulfites. Such products may trigger allergic reactions in individuals with asthma.You may be advised by your doctor to perform a skin sensitivity test to avoid any allergic reaction.Do consult your doctor before using hydroquinone, if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding.

How A Ret HC Solution works
Tretinoin works by slowing the production of certain natural substances that can cause acne.
Expert advice for Tretinoin
Do not take tretinoin and tell your doctor:
If you are allergic to tretinoin or any of the other ingredients or other ‘retinoid’ medicines (isotretinoin, acitretin and tazarotene) and peanuts or soya (as tretinoin medicines may contain soyabean oil).
If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding.
Do not drive or operate or drive machinery while you are taking tretinoin.
Avoid becoming pregnant during and within one month (four weeks) after stopping treatment with tretinoin. Consult your doctor for the right method of contraception you can use.
Avoid getting tretinoin cream in your eyes, nose, or mouth
Tretinoin cream may cause you to become sunburned more easily. Take suitable precautions (sun cream, clothing etc.).
Do not apply tretinoin cream to sunburned skin.
Do not stop using tretinoin if your skin condition appears to worsen for the first 2 to 3 weeks of treatment. This is expected.Â
Talk with your doctor before you use any other medicines or products on your skin.
Tretinoin should be used extreme caution in children younger than 12 years old.

Do not use these medicine:Â
if you are allergic to hydrocortisone or any of the other ingredients in this medicine.
on broken or infected skin.
on the face or near your eyes.

Do not apply plasters or dressings over the cream. Do not use on children under 10 years, unless your doctor tells you to. Do not use for a duration more than that is prescribed by your doctor, especially in children.
Do consult your doctor, if the skin condition does not improve after application at prescribed dose and duration. The injection can  may make you dizzy.
Do not drive, use machinery, or do any activity that requires alertness until you are sure you can perform such activities safely.The injection may mask signs of infection or put you at greater risk of developing very serious infections. Report to your doctor any injuries or signs of infection (e.g., persistent sore throat/cough/fever, pain during urination, muscle aches) that occur while using this medication or within 12 months after stopping it.

There is however little chance of interaction between hydrocortisone for local application and other drugs which are taken orally.
