Adpace 2 mg/50 mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.

Lactation

Adpace 2 mg/50 mg Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.

Driving

Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Adpace 2 mg/50 mg Tablet usually does not affect alertness but dizziness or weakness due to low blood pressure may occur in some patients. This may affect your driving ability.

Adpace 2 mg/50 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Adpace 2 mg/50 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Caution should be advised in patients with renal impairment.

Adpace 2 mg/50 mg Tablet is used in the treatment of high blood pressure.

How to use Adpace Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Adpace 2 mg/50 mg Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.

How Adpace 2 mg/50 mg Tablet works
Adpace 2 mg/50 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Perindopril and losartan which lower blood pressure effectively. Perindopril is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor and losartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure.

Side Effects:

Common Nausea, Altered taste, Stomach pain, Indigestion, Diarrhoea, Cough, Headache, Dizziness, Weakness, Decreased blood pressure, Increased potassium level in blood.
