Asomex-TM 2.5mg/40mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Asomex-TM 2.5mg/40mg Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.As patients taking Asomex-TM 2.5mg/40mg Tablet may suffer from dizziness, headache, fatigue or nausea the ability to react may be impaired and this may affect your ability to drive.
SAFE
Asomex-TM 2.5mg/40mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Asomex-TM 2.5mg/40mg Tablet is recommended.However, inform your doctor if you have an underlying kidney disease. Regular monitoring of blood pressure, creatinine, and potassium levels may be advised while you are taking this medicine.
CAUTION
Asomex-TM 2.5mg/40mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Asomex-TM 2.5mg/40mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Asomex-TM 2.5mg/40mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.

S-Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker. It works by relaxing blood vessels which makes the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.

It is very common to have dizziness, lightheadedness, swelling ankles/feet, flushing, or a headache as a side effect. To lower your risk of dizziness and lightheadedness, get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position.
