How to use Alfman Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Alfman 10mg Tablet is to be taken with food.

How Alfman Tablet works
Alfman 10mg Tablet is an alpha blocker. It works by relaxing muscle around the bladder exit and prostate gland so urine is passed more easily.

Alfman may cause you to feel dizzy, faint, lightheaded, or weak, especially when you stand up (orthostatic hypotension).
