Rosycap-Gold 75mg/20mg/75mg Capsule is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Rosycap-Gold 75mg/20mg/75mg Capsule may make you feel dizzy, drowsy or affect your vision. Do not drive until your vision is clear.
CAUTION
Rosycap-Gold 75mg/20mg/75mg Capsule should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Rosycap-Gold 75mg/20mg/75mg Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Rosycap-Gold 75mg/20mg/75mg Capsule is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
CAUTION
Rosycap-Gold 75mg/20mg/75mg Capsule should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Rosycap-Gold 75mg/20mg/75mg Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Rosycap-Gold 75mg/20mg/75mg Capsule is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

How to use Rosycap-Gold Capsule
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Rosycap-Gold 75mg/20mg/75mg Capsule is to be taken with food.
How Rosycap-Gold 75mg/20mg/75mg Capsule works
Rosycap-Gold 75mg/20mg/75mg Capsule is a combination of three medicines: Aspirin, rosuvastatin and clopidogrel which prevent heart attack. Aspirin and clopidogrel are antiplatelet medications. They work by preventing the platelets from sticking together and decrease the formation of harmful blood clots. Rosuvastatin is a lipid lowering medication that blocks the body’s ability to produce “bad” cholesterol (LDL) and improves the level of ""good"" cholesterol (HDL).
Common Diarrhoea, Stomach pain, Constipation, Indigestion, Bleeding under the skin, Bruising, Nose bleed, Gastric bleeding, Black/dark colored stools, Increased glucose level in blood, Weakness, Headache, Dizziness, Muscle pain, Increased liver enzymes.
