Taking Aspirin with alcohol increases the associated risk of stomach bleeding.

Rosutor-A 10mg/75mg Capsule is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy.Human and animal studies have shown significant adverse effects on the foetus. Please consult your doctor.
CAUTION
Rosutor-A 10mg/75mg Capsule is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Rosutor-A 10mg/75mg Capsule may make you feel dizzy, drowsy or affect your vision. Do not drive until your vision is clear.

Rosutor-A 10mg/75mg Capsule should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Rosutor-A 10mg/75mg Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Rosutor-A 10mg/75mg Capsule is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

How to use Tacalsis Ointment
This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and gently massage the ointment. Wash your hands after applying, unless hands are the affected area.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Rosutor-A 10mg/75mg Capsule is to be taken with food.
How Rosutor-A 10mg/75mg Capsule works
Rosutor-A 10mg/75mg Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Rosuvastatin and Aspirin which prevent heart attack and stroke. Rosuvastatin is a lipid-lowering medication that blocks an enzyme required in the body to make cholesterol. It lowers the "bad" cholesterol (LDL), triglycerides and raises the "good" cholesterol (HDL). Aspirin is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with anti-platelet action. It prevents the platelets from sticking together and decreases the formation of harmful blood clots.
Common Burning sensation, Itching, Redness of skin, Local reaction.
Common Nausea, Diarrhoea, Gastric bleeding, Stomach pain, Constipation, Headache, Dizziness, Increased glucose level in blood, Muscle pain, Bleeding under the skin, Bruising, Nose bleed, Black/dark colored stools, Indigestion, Increased liver enzymes.
Expert advice for Tacalsis Ointment
Avoid contact with eyes. In case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
Tell your doctor if you have or have had problems with kidneys or have a particular type of psoriasis called generalized pustular psoriasis or taking high doses of vitamin D.Â
If tacalcitol is to be used in conjunction with UV treatment then UV radiation should be given in the morning and tacalcitol should be applied at bedtime.
Tell your doctor if you are or planning to become pregnant or are breastfeeding.
Do not take if patient is allergic to tacalcitol or any of its ingredients.
Do not take if patient with high level of calcium in the blood (hypercalcemia).
