Nam Cold SR Tablet is used in the treatment of allergic disorders, cough, common cold symptoms and fever.

How to use Nam Cold Tablet SR
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Nam Cold SR Tablet is to be taken with food.This will help to avoid stomach upset.

How Nam Cold SR Tablet works
Nam Cold SR Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Nimesulide, loratadine, ambroxol and phenylephrine which relieve aches and fever associated with cold. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Loratadine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.

Side Effects:

Common Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhoea, Stomach pain, Headache, Drowsiness, Increased liver enzymes, Allergic reaction.
