Cilidin O 20mg/10mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.

Cilidin O 20mg/10mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Cilidin O 20mg/10mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Cilidin O 20mg/10mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Regular monitoring of blood pressure is advisable for dose adjustment.

How to use Cilidin O Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Cilidin O 20mg/10mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
How Cilidin O 20mg/10mg Tablet works
Cilidin O 20mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Olmesartan and cilnidipine. Olmesartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) and cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure.
Common Nausea, Altered taste, Stomach upset, Diarrhoea, Ankle swelling, Headache, Dizziness, Increased potassium level in blood, Weakness, Numbness of extremity, Edema, Flushing of skin, Decreased blood pressure.
