Uses of Orpro L Capsule
Orpro L 75 mg/20 mg Capsule is used in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (acid reflux) and intestinal ulcers.

How to use Orpro L Capsule
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Orpro L 75 mg/20 mg Capsule is to be taken empty stomach.Take it preferably 30 minutes before food.

How Orpro L 75 mg/20 mg Capsule works
Orpro L 75 mg/20 mg Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Levosulpiride and Rabeprazole which relieve symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and intestinal ulcers. Levosulpiride is a prokinetic which works by increasing the release of acetylcholine (a chemical messenger). This increases the movement of stomach and intestines, and prevents reflux (acid going up to the food pipe). Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion and ulcers.

Common Nausea, Stomach pain, Diarrhoea, Flatulence, Constipation, Headache, Dizziness, Weakness, Sleepiness, Flu-like symptoms.
