How Codep 37 Tablet works
Chlordiazepoxide is a benzodiazepine. It works by increasing the action of GABA, a chemical messenger which suppresses the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in the brain.

How Coflin Syrup works
Coflin Syrup is a combination of four medicines: Ambroxol, guaifenesin, chlorpheniramine and phenylephrine which relieve cold symptoms. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Guaifenesin is an expectorant which works by decreasing the stickiness of mucus (phlegm) and helps in their removal from the airways.
