How to use Cystos Injection
Your doctor or nurse will give you this medicine. Kindly do not self administer.

How Cystos Injection works
Cystos 125mg Injection stimulates contraction of the uterine muscles, helping to control post-delivery bleeding from the placenta.

Side Effects:

Common Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk), Hot flushes, Diarrhoea, Chills, Placental retention, Uterine bleeding , Cough.

Expert advice for Cystos Injection

Inform your doctor if you are suffering from high or low blood pressure, have a history of a caesarean section or any other operation of the womb, suffer from glaucoma (raised pressure in your eyes), diabetes or epilepsy (fits).
It is not advisable to drive or operate machinery soon after taking this injection as it may cause dizziness or drowsiness.
Carboprost should not be used for induction of labour.
Carboprost should not be administered intravenously.
