Pantop Plus Capsule is used in the treatment of heartburn and acidity.
How to use Pantop Plus Capsule
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Pantop Plus Capsule is to be taken empty stomach.Take it preferably 30 minutes before food.
How Pantop Plus Capsule works
Pantop Plus Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Pantoprazole and alginic acid which relieve symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn. Alginic acid forms a thick foam in the stomach which acts as a barrier to reflux (acid going up to the food pipe).
