Cetanil O 20 mg/10 mg Tablet is used in the treatment of hypertension.

How to use Cetanil O Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Cetanil O 20 mg/10 mg Tablet is to be taken with food.

How Cetanil O 20 mg/10 mg Tablet works
Cetanil O 20 mg/10 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Olmesartan and cilnidipine. Olmesartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) and cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure.

Side Effects:

Common Nausea, Altered taste, Stomach upset, Diarrhoea, Ankle swelling, Headache, Dizziness, Increased potassium level in blood, Weakness, Numbness of extremity, Edema, Flushing of skin, Decreased blood pressure.
