Taking Chlorthalidone with alcohol may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate.

Temmy CH Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Temmy CH Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Temmy CH Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Temmy CH Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Temmy CH Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Temmy CH Tablet is not recommended in these patients.

How Lydia Tablet works
Lydia Tablet is an antihistaminic medication. It treats allergy symptoms such as such as itching, swelling, and rashes by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine) in the body.
How Temmy CH Tablet works
Temmy CH Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Telmisartan and chlorthalidone which lower blood pressure effectively. Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). It works by blocking the hormone angiotensin thereby relaxing blood vessels. This allows the blood to flow more smoothly and the heart to pump more efficiently. Chlorthalidone is a diuretic that removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body. Over time it also relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow.

Expert advice for Lydia Tablet
Do not start or continue the loratadine tablets:
If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to loratadine or any of the other ingredients of loratadine tablet.
If you have severe liver impairment.
If you have rare hereditary problems of sugar intolerance.
Do not drive or operate machinery after taking loratadine if you feel drowsy. Do not take loratadine tablets at least 48 hours before doing skin tests.
Q. Is Lydia an anticholinergic/narcotic/antibiotic?
No, Lydia is antihistaminic drug which may have anticholinergic properties and it is not narcotic/ antibiotic

Yes, but patient should follow the advice of doctor regarding its use
Q. Can I take loratadine with Nyquil /Mucinex/ ibuprofen/ Singulair/ Benadryl/ amoxicillin/ diphenhydramine /Zoloft/ Zyrtec/ Dayquil?
Yes, but taking other antihistaminic medicines like diphenhydramine/Zyrtec/Benadryl /Day quil/ Zoloft / Mucinex may alter the effects of loratadine. Ibuprofen, Nyquil may alter levels of loratadine. You can take loratadine with amoxicillin. Always consult your doctor for the change of dose regimen or an alternative drug of choice that may strictly be required
