How to use Cosanol Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Cosanol 10mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
How Cosanol Tablet works
Policosanol belongs to the class of drugs called lipid modifying agents. It acts by decreasing the cholesterol production in liver thereby reducing the bad cholesterol (low-density lipoprotein or LDL) level in the blood.
