Human studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.Avoid prolonged use of CA 007 125 mg/500 mg Injection, since it may have possible effects such as rash and diarrhea.
CA 007 125 mg/500 mg Injection may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
CAUTION
CA 007 125 mg/500 mg Injection should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of CA 007 125 mg/500 mg Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

How CA 007 125 mg/500 mg Injection works
Amikacin is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by inhibiting synthesis of essential proteins, required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.
Common Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhoea, Skin rash, Hearing loss, Balance disorder (loss of balance).
Expert advice for Amikacin
It is given as a drip (intravenous infusion) or as an injection directly into a vein or into a muscle. Doctor will ensure that patient should be well hydrated before and during amikacin treatment.
Do not drive because you may feel sleepy or dizzy while being treated with amikacin.
Amikacin should be used with caution in premature and newborn babies.
During treatment patient may undergo blood, urine, or hearing tests to look for signs of side effects.Â

Your doctor has prescribed Cefepime to cure your infection and improve symptoms. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Discontinue Cefepime and inform your doctor immediately if you get a rash, itchy skin, swelling of face and mouth, or have difficulty in breathing. Diarrhea may occur as a side effect but should stop when your course is complete. Inform your doctor if it doesn't stop or if you find blood in your stools. If you're on blood thinners, Cefepime can interact with your medications and increase your bleeding tendencies.
