How to use Choltran Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Choltran 5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How Choltran Tablet works
Choltran 5mg Tablet is a bile acid binding agent. It removes bile acid from the body. The liver then produces more bile acids using cholesterol. Because the body use cholesterol to make bile acids, the levels of cholesterol in the body is lowered.
