Cilasimune Injection is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.There are some side effects associated with this medicine (such as seeing, hearing, or feeling something that is not there) that may affect some patients' ability to drive.
Cilasimune Injection should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Cilasimune Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Imipenem is given as a powder for solution for intravenous infusion by a doctor or nurse using a suitable infusion fluid.
Do not start or continue the imipenem, if you have kidney, liver, or urinary problems; history of fits (seizures) or central nervous system problems (e.g. tremors).
Do not take imipenem if you experience inflammation of the large intestine (colitis) or any other gastrointestinal disease.
Do not drive or operate heavy machinery because you may feel sleepy or dizzy while being treated with imipenem.
