Uses of D Cof Syrup
D Cof Syrup is used in the treatment of allergic disorders and nasal congestion.

How to use D Cof Syrup
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. D Cof Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Take it with food if stomach upset occurs.

How D Cof Syrup works
D Cof Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Pseudoephedrine, dextromethorphan and cetirizine which relieve cough and cold symptoms. Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain. Cetirizine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.

Side Effects:

Common Nausea, Dryness in mouth, Stomach upset, Nervousness, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Restlessness, Dizziness, Headache, Fatigue, Sleepiness.
