How to use Coligyl Tablet DT
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Dissolve it in a glass of water before taking it. Coligyl 12.5mg Tablet DT may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Coligyl 12.5mg Tablet DT is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by destroying the bacterial cell membrane.
Common Nausea, Nephrotoxicity, Neurotoxicity, Peripheral neuropathy (tingling and numbness of feet and hand), Acute tubular necrosis, Confusion, Dizziness, Muscle weakness, Renal injury, Respiratory distress, Secondary infections, Visual impairment, Vomiting.

You may be regularly monitored for serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen while on colstin treatment.
Use with caution if you have porphyria (a rare blood pigment disorder that affects kidney) or kidney disease.
