Q Coril Dmr Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Q Coril Dmr Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Q Coril Dmr Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.
Q Coril Dmr Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Q Coril Dmr Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

Uses of Q Coril Dmr Tablet
Q Coril Dmr Tablet is used in the treatment of dry cough.
How to use Q Coril Dmr Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Q Coril Dmr Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Take it with food if stomach upset occurs.
How Q Coril Dmr Tablet works
Q Coril Dmr Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Chlorpheniramine and Dextromethorphan which relieve dry cough. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant which relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic which helps reduce cough associated with allergies by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger, histamine.
