Novastat CV 20 Capsule is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.

Novastat CV 20 Capsule does not usually affect your ability to drive.

Novastat CV 20 Capsule should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Novastat CV 20 Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Novastat CV 20 Capsule is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

Novastat CV 20 Capsule is used for heart attack / stroke prevention.
How to use Novastat CV Capsule
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Novastat CV 20 Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How Novastat CV 20 Capsule works
Novastat CV 20 Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Rosuvastatin and Clopidogrel which decrease cholesterol and prevent heart attack. Rosuvastatin is a lipid lowering medication that blocks the body’s ability to produce “bad” cholesterol (LDL) and improves the level of "good" cholesterol (HDL).Clopidogrel is an antiplatelet medication. It prevents the platelets from sticking together and decreases the formation of harmful blood clots.
