CAUTION
Alcohol use can increase acid secretion, acid reflux in food pipe causing heartburn and decreasing effect of this drug. R T Dom 10 mg/150 mg/20 mg Tablet can also decrease alcohol breakdown and increase its level in blood.
WEIGH RISKS VS BENEFITS
R T Dom 10 mg/150 mg/20 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
R T Dom 10 mg/150 mg/20 mg Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
R T Dom 10 mg/150 mg/20 mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.

Uses of R T Dom Tablet
R T Dom 10 mg/150 mg/20 mg Tablet is used in the treatment of acidity, nausea, vomiting, bloating and functional dyspepsia.
How to use R T Dom Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. R T Dom 10 mg/150 mg/20 mg Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.Take it preferably 30 minutes before food.
How R T Dom 10 mg/150 mg/20 mg Tablet works
R T Dom 10 mg/150 mg/20 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone, ranitidine and simethicone. Domperidone is a prokinetic which works on the region in the brain that controls vomiting. It also acts on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach. Ranitidine is an H2 blocker (antacid). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn. Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
Common Dryness in mouth, Diarrhoea, Headache, Drowsiness, Fatigue, Muscle pain.
