How to use Dutacet Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dutacet 0.5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Dutacet Tablet works
Dutacet 0.5mg Tablet is a 5-alpha reductase inhibitors. It blocks an enzyme which is necessary to change testosterone to another hormone that causes the prostate to grow. As a result, it helps to shrink the prostate and relieve the symptoms like difficulty in passing urine.

Common Decreased libido, Decreased semen volume, Impotence.

Your doctor has prescribed Dutacet to shrink the enlarged prostate and reduce the risk of urinary retention. It may take 3 to 6 months to see the full beneficial effect of Dutacet.
