Uses of Tussnil D Syrup
Tussnil D Syrup is used in the treatment of cough and common cold symptoms.

How to use Tussnil D Syrup
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Tussnil D Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Tussnil D Syrup works
Tussnil D Syrup is a combination of four medicines: Bromhexine, chlorpheniramine, dextromethorphan and menthol which relieve cough and cold symptoms. Bromhexine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain. Menthol is an organic compound which produces a sensation of coolness and relieves minor throat irritation.

Common Nausea, Stomach upset, Indigestion, Bloating, Diarrhoea, Skin rash, Sleepiness, Drowsiness, Dizziness, Headache, Sweating.
