Dilocor 30mg Tablet is safe to use during lactation. Human studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.
Dilocor 30mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Dilocor 30mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Dilocor 30mg Tablet is recommended.However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease. Regular monitoring of kidney function test is advised while you are taking this medicine.
Dilocor 30mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Dilocor 30mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

How to use Dilocor Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dilocor 30mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How Dilocor Tablet works
Dilocor 30mg Tablet is a calcium channel blocker. It blocks the action of calcium on the heart and blood vessels. This effect reduces blood pressure and abnormally fast heartbeat which lowers strain and oxygen requirement of the heart.
Common Headache, Nausea, Fatigue, Dizziness, Feeling of discomfort, Dyspepsia, Stomach pain, Peripheral edema, Constipation, Redness of skin, Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk).

It is very common to have dizziness, lightheadedness, swelling ankles/feet, flushing, or a headache as a side effect.
