Omesun D Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.

Driving

Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Omesun D Tablet may cause dizziness and visual disturbances. This may affect your driving ability.

Omesun D Tablet is used in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (acid reflux).

How to use Omesun D Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Omesun D Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.Take Omesun D Tablet 30 minutes before food.

How Omesun D Tablet works
Omesun D Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Omeprazole which relieve symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Domperidone is a prokinetic which works on the region in the brain that controls vomiting. It also acts on the upper digestive tract and helps food move more easily through the stomach. Omeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps relieve acid-related indigestion and heartburn.

Common Diarrhoea, Stomach pain, Dryness in mouth, Headache, Flatulence.
