Dothitab 25mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.

Uses of Dothitab Tablet
Dothitab 25mg Tablet is used in the treatment of depression, neuropathic pain and anxiety disorder.It is used in patients intolerant of or unresponsive to alternative treatment options for depression.
How to use Dothitab Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dothitab 25mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How Dothitab Tablet works
Dothitab 25mg Tablet increases the levels of chemical messengers in the brain that help in regulating the mood and treat depression.
Common Dryness in mouth, Blurred vision, Sleepiness, Increased heart rate, Orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering of blood pressure on standing), Weight gain, Difficulty in urination, Constipation.

It may be extremely dangerous in overdose.
